Welcome to the sale of our 2-berth Transit van conversion motorhome. Originally professionally converted for sale through Oaktree Motorhomes in Nottingham, and considerably upgraded by ourselves and the previous owners to a high specification including 2 solar panels, Gaslow bottle externally-refillable at many forecourts, electric / gas hot water system, diesel powered heating, bike rack, tow bar, and TV / DVD with roof mounted aerial system. 9 months MoT, brand new habitation certificate. Truma Ultrastore US103 240v / LPG water heater, 10 litre capacity. We’ve only ever used this from 240v hook up, according to the latest habitation check the gas side could do with a service.
Webasto AirTop 2000 ST blown air heating with vents in lounge and bathroom areas. Powered by diesel from the vehicle main tank.
Banner EnergyBull 100Ah leisure battery, replaced in 2016.
Space adjacent for a 2nd battery
240v hook up, controlled by Bonus PDU3 distribution unit with RCDs100W (installed 2016) + 30W solar panels, feeding leisure battery through Fox220 controller
NASA Marine battery status BM1 Compact monitor (installed 2016)
Votronic standby charger means when leisure battery is fully charged (by solar or hook up) a trickle over charge keeps the vehicle batteries topped up.
A 1000W inverter is installed, but not currently connected to the battery as has not been used in the time of our ownership
